Westcliff Manor Apartments

I love it here at Westcliff Manor From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I am finishing my degree at TCU this summer so it will end my four year as stay at WCM. I will miss Ruben, our ever-so-reliable maintenance man, the office staff and all the seniors who have been taking over my grandma's role. I would recommend WCM to all my friends, they have HUGE APARTMENTS AT GREAT PRICES and oh yeah, NO WATER BILLS.
