Its fine. From: superstar29 Date posted: 2/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This place is fine if you just need to get by. I had no noise whatsoever until new people moved in above me so I think its just them being overly noisy. I had baby roaches coming out of my bathtub drain for a while, that was gross. But it has stopped. The only other thing that I dont like is that my AC/heater unit doesnt shut itself off. It looks like it should but its a trick. You have to shut it off yourself when you are done with it. The apartment, from my experience, is easy to keep temperate no matter the outside temperature. I would live here, but not forever.
