Yo!

Don't believe anything that you read that is a negative remark on this property

I have been here for 12 years, I have NEVER had a problem. My apartment has never been broke into, and neither has my car, (KNOCK ON WOOD)... This property is individually owned and we have had the same manager Carol for as long as I have lived her, she just worked her way up. There is not one property that I know of that pays not only the water, but alarm and extended basic cable. They don't go up on your rent like every other complex the second your lease expires and they don't force you into a renewal. As far as the mice and roach problem, you may get a mouse if you are in one of the buildings up against the field, but you are going to get them anywhere, even in a house. I have never had a roach in my apartment, BUT, I also keep my apartment clean and don't leave dirty dishes nor food out on the counter for long periods of time. I'm not saying that I wash dishes every single day, I have left them in the sink for a few days, but I don't leave them there for weeks, to the point that I have maggots, gnats, or roaches. So for all the people that complain that they have roach problems, maybe you should take a look around and check out your living conditions and clean your apartment. Truth of the matter is I have lived in multiple units in this complex and not one of my apartments have I EVER had roaches. Field mice are going to be where ever the fields are, and this property, as well as houses happen to back up against a field. As far a crying about the electric bills, if you face the west your going to have a higher bill, period. Any other direction, my advice, change electric companies and pick a lower rate even if it means that you may have to sign a contract, if you move you always take your electric with you, so the rate will go with you too. I signed a 36 month contract with Stream Energy and I am getting 11 cents a kilowatt, and my unit does face the west. So stop crying and take some responsibility!!!!
