When we first saw these apartments we were so excited because they were so new and clean. We couldnt wait to move in. I was told that we would get an approval in 7 to 10 business days but I was willing to wait because Wildwood Branch was our favorites out of what we had looked at. The first thing we asked when we looked was if forclosure on our credit was ok and they told us it was. We waited about 4 weeks calling and trying to get approved and were told a different story each time. Finally I was called and told that I could not be approved because of my forclosure. I was so angry because I asked them about this in the beginning. They said it was a new rule that they had just been given. I told them that since the rule was made after I applied it did not apply to me. To make a long story short I had to call the main management company over the property managers on site because no one would help me or even speak to me. We were finnaly approved after waiting over a month for approval. The apartment itself is great, but the exterior could use some work. They never pick up trash or power wash the common areas. There are cigarette buts and sticky candy in the outside hall areas that have been there forever. Maintenance does repsond quickly however. Overall I have had a bad experience but that does not mean you will.
