It is ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I really not had much problems here I do plan on resigning my lease The probleams I have had: 1.Ants and spiters (pest control people are not so great) 2.I have 1 loud person in my building that i can hear and she is very loud. 3. sometimes hard to get the office people to talk to when you go in there but that not a big deal how much time do you really spend in the office 4. the grounds are clean but on the back side of the grounds are not so clean 5. the trash contoners are always full and such a headache to get in to the big one in the front 6 you have to get cable can not pick up anything on reg. tv The good things: 1. the rent is not high 2. everyone seems nice i live by 3. get view if you have back apt. 4. the handle thing quickly when you do tell them i told them my air went out and with in 5 hours they came and fixed it other things the shotting i have heard a little abt it but it is kinda quite around me
