IT IS OK DESPITE THE BAD TENANTS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND THE MAIN PROBLEM I HAD WAS PARKING. IF THAT HAD NOT BEEN SUCH AN ISSUE I WOULD STILL BE THERE TODAY. THE STAFF IS GREAT WHENEVER I NEEDED ANYTHING THEY HELPED, MAINTENANCE WAS ALWAYS ON HAND AS WELL. THE DAY I MOVED IN I NOTICED A PROBLEM WITH THE REFRIDGERATOR AND THEY WERE THERE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS AND HAD IT FIXED BEFORE I WAS DONE MOVING IN, I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT AGAIN EITHER. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTROL HOW RENTERS WILL ACT ONCE THEY MOVE IN SO YOU CANNOT BLAME THE STAFF FOR OTHERS ACTIONS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO PEOPLE AS LONG AS THEY DON'T HAVE SMALL CHILDREN BECAUSE ITS HELL TRYING TO CARRY THEM UP A HILL AND THEN UP 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS.
