Keep in mind that it's usually the people who have had issues who will write reviews and complain. Happy tenants aren't as likely to write a review!
I would say safety is my biggest concern. I lived there a year, and I got about 7 notices on my door about car break-ins, and maybe a couple of apartment break-ins as well. Yep, it's that kind of neighborhood. Although this complex is better than those in the vicinity. Management is friendly and helpful.
I lived near the front of the complex and felt like the quality decreased as you went back. Once was approached by a guy asking if I wanted a prostitute.

Obviously, you never used the washing facilities either. If you did you would have found that they urinate in the dryers, rifle the vending machines for cash and then trash the place and gee I am glad I went there in broad daylight just check it out. Your much too liberal in my mind...as I am one of those people that has written reviews of this place and had your so called "issues". I moved to a better community and glad I did so. I still stand behind every word I said about the place and then some. Don Purciful, TSGT Retired USAF, and Federal Prison Employee.
