Windrush Apartments

Stay away for now. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Lynd Management took over several months ago, and may eventually straighten things out, but this Apartment complex is an over-priced dump right now. My building (#9) is infested with termites, ants, and large spiders. One of my neighbors claims that the building is infested with brown recluse spiders, which are very poisonous, but I cann't tell one spider from another. My building also has numerous plumbing problems and old water damage from those problems. This property has deteriorated over the past few years due to neglect on the part of the former management.
