Do not waste your time evening thinking about living here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This is the most horrible place I have ever lived. When they showed me my apartment before I moved in they said they had sprayed for bugs. (I hate bugs. I have never lived in a place that had a bug problem until I moved here.) When I started to move my things in I saw a roach here and there. I didn't think anything about it. But when I started to arrange my furniture it was like a nest had came from nowhere. I want to the leasing office asking them to spray. They told me that I would have to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out. So I bought $45 worth of roach killing products and I didn’t see anymore after 3 days. So when I went to the office to see if they would give me my money back they told me NO and that I could have waited in the roach motel until their guy came out. The people in the leasing office would put late notices on my door, but they could never tell me what it was for. I had black mold in my apartment and they would not come out to service it for 5 months and when they finally did they would just paint over it. I WOULD NEVER LIVE THERE AGAIN. P.S--- I NEVER SAW A BUG AGAIN IN MY APARTMENT.
