I can't wait until the lease is up! We have a major bug infestation, and despite my best efforts (having the exterminators come twice, defogging the place myself, setting out baits, and of course keeping the dishes up) the infestation will not end! I have never had a problem like this anywhere else I lived.
And when the AC broke in the middle of a hot Texas summer, it was not considered an emergency repair! It took three days to fix, and I had to stay with my parents!
A prostitute defacted on the property, and the management would not clean it up until I threatened to call code compliance. I have also found used condoms, bones, and other trash on the grounds.
Plus the neighbors are noisy. And when I call and report them during the middle of the night, no one responds till the next day!
The apartments themselves are falling apart. Do not fall for the beautiful model that they show you! Run away!

I've never had any of these problems while living here, I think this person is a little crazy.
