Mill Valley Apartments 47% Recommended May 08 2008: I visited this complex on many occasions and things seem to have really improved since the last reviews were written. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was in good working order. The safety also seems to have Enclave At City View 38% Recommended May 08 2008: Well, we moved in three months ago and at first it was ok. It was my girlfriend and mines first place. After the new and excitement went away, we started noticing all the bad. I live on the second floor and my neighbors upstairs stomp around at 2:00a.m. and 3:00am. The noises are so loud that it awakes me.
