Things are changing! - Ok when I first moved here it was'nt great 2/06. The new owners and brand new manager Larissa ARE great! We have free wireless internet, they will be getting free basic cable. All of the apartments are getting remodeled by a great company called Alberto's Complete Maintenance (281-734-0387).Matthew one of the new maintenance men is professional and cares about the property. Best apartments in Freeport I love not having to worry about walking outside anytime day or night. It's clan and quiet and kids can play and swim and enjoy life. The managers are very nice but strict. I see people having to move for not paying rent and getting out of control. It is strict

Azelea Court since 2008 Before the present owner's took the apartments back it was called Vanderbilt and then El Parisio. Both were a disaster, but since 2008 it has been the best run apartments for a great price. Ann and her crew are very responsive and the place is clean. I recommend

Highly recommended If you want a clean safe place to live move here. My mother is a senior and she lives by herself. The lady who runs the property is a very kind, professional no non sense manager. She will not tolerate any problems but treats you great. All you have to do is pay your rent

great apartments the apartments by far are the best apartments in freeport. i have lived here 2 years and have no complaints. if something is broken they do come and fix it. the office manager is friendly and goes beyond her job duties.

No! Since new management took over last year, everyone is moving! They will not repair ANYTHING! Dealing with them is a dreaded ordeal. They are very rude. Forget about transfering your cable service. Time Warner has removed all the cable lines to the poles. You are stuck with satellite
