No! Since new management took over last year, everyone is moving! They will not repair ANYTHING! Dealing with them is a dreaded ordeal. They are very rude. Forget about transfering your cable service. Time Warner has removed all the cable lines to the poles. You are stuck with satellite

new owners are horrible these apartments have gone down hill fast. the signs advertise all new and improved... they are not. the old owners had respect for the tenants and treated the residents like "family". the new owners could care less they are only in it to get rich.
