I am sure suprised to hear the other review. I love this place. The new owners have poured a ton of money into the place with new roofs, wood and paint, but best of all is the flowers and bushes. My maintenance issues were handled quick, but I have not had many problems.

I got ceramic tile, 2 tone paint and a cool apartment for cheaper than the others I shopped.
