What a Dump!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
This place is like living in a dumpster! Maintenance is slow, management is never in the office,cats are everywhere, tenants don't know how to throw there trash IN the dumpster!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!
