In an effort to improve our customer service, we have replaced the manager. I see the posts are a bit old, but I don't always check this site. As I said before, however, you can email me directly at privatecomments@baymeadowstx.com. The on site staff do not get those messages, I do.

Marie has a ton of experience and I am holding her personally accountable for your happiness. Please drop in the office and welcome her.

At any rate, we do care and want to make your living experience the best it can be. The new $150,000 club room is for you to use and enjoy. I also hope you like the new free wi-fi hotspot and public computer. I fully expect the rules to be complied with since we have them for everyone's benefit.

As for meeting with me, I actually held a meet the owner day, and will do so again. If you'd like to meet me before then, simply make Marie aware and I will carve out time on my next visit. I'm there every few weeks.

Thanks again for your input. Constructive criticism is welcome, and as you can see we take steps to improve.

That's pretty bad about Marie since someone posted that she was recently fired. What are you going to do now? Maybe you should atleast hire people who aren't TRASH!!!

Marie was alot better than the person who is in there now. This apartment complex is HORRIBLE!
