Some things are improving while others remain the same. For instance, since the new maintenance man started, work requests have been done right and in a timely manner, fences have been put up where needed, and trash on the grounds has decreased. As far as the issues that remain the same, that would have to be the availability of the manager in the office. More times than not, the answering service picks up when you call the office and/or no one is in the office. Another problem, which is not the fault of Bay Meadows, someone set fire to the office one night and now our mailboxes are inaccessible which means that we must pick up our mail at the post office. While I am sure they are doing everything to fix the problem, it has been two weeks now and very inconvienent.
