To whom it may concern,
I am curious as to why more steps are not being taken to ENFORCE the rules in these apartments. Many tenants have clutter on and around their porches, dogs with no leashes, cats running around and people speeding through the parking lot. The manager does nothing to fix problems so I am in hopes that maybe tou will show some intrest.
