Its getting better, BUT....

It seems the office is getting more organized now that the last manager is gone, but maintenance is still an issue. Anyone who has lived here knows Ronnie has no clue what he is doing. He is lazy and slow and should not be working here!! This is not a vendetta against him, just a fact.

I'm very sorry that you feel this way. Every effort has been made to ensure that our residents are happy. Ronnies performance with Bay Meadows has been excellent. We have not had any complaints on the work being done thus far. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Marie and I will do my best to rectify your concerns.
