The washer/dryers are extremely filthy.Its not the residents' fault. They just need cleaning on a regular basis because of heavy usage, which hasnt been done at all. They just upped the price on the dryers by a quarter (thats 33%!) without any corresponding increase in service levels.

The area outside the laundry room (carpark etc) is very dark.I would not advise people to do their laundry at night.
Many of the other car park lights have not been working for months! They should have the lights checked regularly before something bad happens.

I would wait to see if Marie & the new management does better before making any comments. The old manager Rachel wasnt that great & wont be missed. Her manner was superficial & she basically did nothing even when she was living here.

Residents (Rachel included) have a habit of allowing their dogs to poo all over the grass just outside their units. This poses a health hazard when children play, not to mention cases where people have slipped on them in the dark. Management could be more strict in enforcing this issue.

Most residents would agree that Ronnie is more hardworking than his supervisor who directs rather than helps out.

Honestly, if nothing improves, i would move out once my lease is over. Prices are not cheap relative to move-in specials you can get elsewhere now

Only residents would know the "real situation" so it would appear that a tenant group is forming here. 2 more things that urgently need attention: major potholes & "hot" water that isnt hot but lukewarm (it absolutely sucks when the weather turns cold).

I would also like to see with what MArie would do. No, wait...she got fired! Ha! We'll see what the NEW manager will do about all of this crap. And God bless the Katrina evacuees, and I am glad they have a place to sleep at night. But they are turning our Bay Guetto apartment complex into an even worse state than it was originally. They let there kids run as though the parents don't love them. In fact, one was messing with my car and I screamed at him to **** off. I almost ran over another kid because he ran behind my car at the last minute. There is trash next to the dumpster, but not IN it. They speed through our complex, as if trying to murder their own children running about. There are cigarette butts everywhere and rap music is constantly being blasted from their vehicles. And the beer bottles....don't even get me started. I don't pay $755 a month to put up with this trash. Especially Marie.
