Okay, in reference to the post prior to mine, somebody OBVIOUSLY needs to be making some serious changes. If managent is going about accusing a married pregnant lady of having relations with the maintenance folks, that manager has got some sreious moral issues to deal with. Might I suggest some ----- therapy' I myself have lived there at Bay Guettos for about 7 months now, and am also displeased with how management deals with things. Specifically, Marie. If my ac was going out or I needed paint touch-ups done to my apartment, things took about a week just to get a work order in. And now, I remember a very sweet girl who worked in the office for a few days. She was nothing but friendly and professional. She's the only one who listened to me when my apartment was having problems. And she quit, I am assuming. But why on earth would she do all of what Marie said' From what I had read, she was having roach infestations and management did nothing to take care of it. So, she broke her lease for that reason. And being unprofessional as usual, Marie goes about slandering the poor lady. How professional is that' Not very. So now we have a new manager, so we'll see what comes from that. God help us all. And please, pick up the trash and beer bottles left on the property. I don't care if you are a Katrina evacuee or not, but I don't pay rent to put up with trash from neither the tenants OR Marie.
