If you are planning to move here, please allow me to give you a few reasons you should not.
The management will tell you whatever they want to get you in the door. Then it is all promises from there. We moved in around Sept 05 and the aprtmant was not even ready, the unit was filthy with pubic hairs on the toilets and the tubs were filthy. The whole unit was not clean. I called and spoke with the manager at the time and was told there would be someone over right away. They made feeble attempts to correct the problem. As the months rolled on we were paying for the so called upgrades but we didnt have the upgrades, we overpaid them for 7 months and finally after a new manager took over she said we did not need to pay for the upgrades until they got them done, no mention on the overage we paid though. As for the kids, that is another story in itself, I called the law, nothing can be done, they said it was the apartment managers duty to enforce the safety in the parking lot. It reminded me of Harlem, I agree with the BAYGHETTO logo, that I have read about in all these other compliants. I can only hope that you and your family would never pick Bay Meadows as a place to call home.
