I definitely would NOT recommend this place to live. There was recently a robbery and shooting at the complex, which doesn't exactly make anyone feel too safe and secure. Also, the entire complex is infested with dumb kids that play in the parking lot and just stare at you when you try to drive through. GET THE F*CK OUT THE WAY! Where are the parents... nowhere to be found while lil Tyrone is jumping in front of my ------- car.

Another problem is all of the dog shlt. Oh yes, try waking up to Folger's in your cup and a pound of dog turds in front of your apartment... not very refreshing. Not to mention, the retard dog that is leaving droplets of poo on the sidewalk.

And then there is the Bay Meadow's monthly newsletter that litters our doorways... is this what our rent increases went to'' Might as well use it for toilet paper.

I totally agree that security has got from bad to worse. Someone was robbed & shot in the parking lot & there were also broken windows & vandalism of cars in the same month. People in cars can be seen conducting "transactions" at odd hours because the complex is very dark & theres no gated access. The owners/management company should do change this ASAP before more people get hurt. Ask if the above is true & check the crime statistics before you rent!
