This place is cheap to rent, especially for the area. It's a pretty safe community. Although we had our air conditioner leaking for a couple of months, the maintenance staff responded within 24 hours of our complaints (they couldn't seem to find the problem). There's also a problem with cats running loose, so on the grounds there's a constant odor of kitty poo. I've only lived in 3 different apartment communities in my lifetime (the other 2 were Reserves at Autumn Creek and Baybrook Village)and this one seems to be the best. Nice place to live if you're a student with limited funds. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
