The manager is very nice, along with the maintnence. They respond quickly. They have a nice pool, and if you want to take in a stray cat or two, then they are perfect for you. The only thing i didn't like is that there are mainly older people there, so they are pretty boring, not much fun for kids. If you like dead silence, and dont mind not having any friends, they are wonderful. However, 3 or 4 years ago, i woke up to find my van egged and keyed. And about a month later, i started finding that my daughter's window had some sticky honeylike stuff on it and i had to pay for a new window. But then we found the criminal, (a juvinile) and threatned to sue him. They evicted him and havnt had crime problems since.
