The management staff is not easily accessable. They're never in the office and they're not professional at all.

The parking situation isn't very good. I can never find a parking place near my building past seven o'clock and then I have to park in the back, which isn't necessarily safe past dark.

The price is okay for what you get. The carpet is stained, the kitchen floor is peeling at the edges and the countertops are cheap. The temperature in our apartment is always three to six degrees cooler than what we set it at and it's always hotter in the bedrooms.

Half the dryers in the laundromat don't work, but no one ever tells you that.

The residents are great. They're mostly families with young children, but there are some older couples and a few college-aged people. Most people just keep to themselves, but they're always friendly when you come across someone. Some of the kids have a tendency to run around without adult supervision.

The bedrooms and closets are very spacious with large windows.

Overall, it's okay. Mediocre is a good word to describe the place and the staff. If I could afford a better place, i'd definitely live someplace else.
