Run for the hills! I do not intend to renew my lease here. Maintenance is the pits, practically non-existent on the weekends, and parking is a nightmare!

Hello I've lived here for 2 years and maintenance has never worked on the weekends. That is their two days off. Now they do have one on call on the weekends for emergencies only.
