I am so pleased with the changes at Baywood. Ever since the new manager came to this complex I have seen quite a difference here. I've lived here for 3 years and I must have to say this is the best staff we've ever had. The manager is so nice and has been very helpful in all of my needs. Maintenance has also changed over the last few years and have done an excellent job in keeping the complex together. I do continue to stay here at Baywood for quite some time until I'm able to buy my own house. Baywood Apartments I must say is definitely a plus to most of the other complex's here in Friendswood.
