I have lived at this apartment complex for 2 years now and have not had any problems. Any problems that I've had have always been resolved in a timely manner. The new assistant manager has been really great and I feel very comfortable going to him with any concern that I have. Baywood is in a really good location and everything is close. I plan on staying here until I can get into a home. I have recommended Baywood to a lot of close friends and they now live here and love it. I like it here!

I feel REALLY sorry for anyone you recommended to this place. If it is so great then why do they have 7 vacant units when Friendswood is a highly desirable area to live in? DO THE MATH!! And I find it amusing that as soon as a negative post is put up, someone manages to come back with a positive one. Sounds like management finds time to surf the internet at work instead of doing their jobs.

If you are looking for a NICE apartment community, Baywood is NOT it! As the assistant manager said himself, "Baywood is not Buckingham Palace." Pass this place up and KEEP LOOKING! It's no better than the trash property next door (Bridgestone). I can't wait for the next 7 weeks to go by to get the heck out of here!
