The apartment manager is very rude. My child is 6 and plays outside with his friends. Apparently she doesn't think this is okay and told me that she is going to call cps on me if she sees him playing outside again. There is always cops over there late at night. They tow your car and cost you 200 dollars to get it out of tow if you park it wrong. This is all just stuff that i see living in the apartments right next door.
