Poor Management & Maintenance

Management fails to respond in a timely fashion when problems arise. SECURITY IS POOR. Pool maintenance is poor. Management turnover is about every 3 months. When guest gate is working....guests unable to enter without tenant coming out to get them. Gates rarely work like they should...always open. Overall.......POOR, POOR, POOR!!!
