I too have been very disappointed with the staff. I agree this COULD be a great place but the staff brings it down. We have lived here for over a year and the place has gone down since we moved here. We have also gotten a notice saying we owed more after we already paid our rent that Tasha found to be an error AFTER we got the notice. There was no apology and she was very haughty about it. Those living here have gone from nice families to mostly college and younger and are very loud and do not respect the hours of working families. The parking situation is rediculous. I sometimes have to park seveal hundred feet away from my apartment which I know sounds petty but I have three children under the age of 5 to get in. Their solution to this problem is to offer covered parking for $35 a month. I too have a leak in my ceiling that was to be repaired long ago but you can only take off from work and wait for noone to show so many times. I dont think it is the maintenance men, I think it is a lack of communication between the office staff and maintenance. Whenever you need something, there always only seems to be only one person in the office and they cant get to it right then. We also had a peeping tom in the complex that they notified us of the bare minimum about the situation and I had to find out the specifics from a neighbor. There is a cat problem around here and when I called to complain, I was told there was nothing I could do but try to catch it and look at the tag to report it. The cats were coming in my apartment and using the bathroom in my childrens sand box.

It is a great place for someone who does not ever have to deal with the office staff or maintenance but for me, I am moving as soon as my lease is up!
