The Enclave is okay. My unit is pretty nice and maintenance has been pretty responsive. There is ample parking...maybe because several of the units around me are currently empty. The people in the complex seem polite enough but mostly keep to themselves.

The bad...The walls are pretty thin even for apartments. You will definitely hear your neighbors, especially if you have someone living above you. Luckily, my current neighbors are fairly quiet. And despite the fact that there are speed bumps and kids often playing in the street, there are plenty of people who race their cars through the complex. It's pricey, so if you are trying to save money, I would recommend somewhere else.
