I bet the staff are the ones who write good reviews either that or the others that live here are blind or ghetto. This place has gone down hill majorly. You would think if your rent goes up so would the quality. No so much. My rent went up and I have been here for 3 years. As soon as my lease is up my child and I are gone. Something better change or they will become another place like ghetto baywood. Not to mention the staff is not friendly.
