To the person who wrote the last review "this place is very bad". I wrote one of the reviews about how much I like it here and I do not appreciate you calling me ghetto! If you do not like it here then MOVE OUT. You should read the "Whatever 2" I believe they said if you don't like it them move out, you are bringing the place down for the rest of us. And by the way I am not "ghetto". I make enough to provide MYSELF a two bedroom home, and drive a very nice new car.
To those who are inquiring about my living here at Quail Crossing. It is very nice, the staff is nice (AND I AM NOT ONE OF THEM), and the only complaint I have had in the last few months in maintenance and that is even getting ALOT better. These type of people are exactly what is wrong with the enclave. We have lived here for a year and in the last 6 months or so, all new residents have been ghetto. It is not even safe to walk outside in the dark. The cops are here all of the time. And for the record, we are getting out. You all can overun and rat infest this place and live happily ever after.

to Raina9900, I have lived at the Enclave for 2 years. I walk my dog every night when I get home (in the late evening hours) and I am not in the least bit scared. There are the police here often but they are patroling, and two live here. There was for a short time (12/04) some really bad people in the 10 building by me, but with the new management they kicked them out. I love it here and I agree with the person who wrote the above review, it is rude calling everyone names to whom you don't even know. I am very sorry for you, you sound miserable. God Bless you and I hope your new home makes you happy. I really do wish the best for you. Although I hate seeing people move sometimes it is just better. I understand that :) Take care and best wishes.

To Raina990, can you elaborate on the safety issue? do you know of any specific crimes or breakins? Is it a specific area of the complex? I haven't felt particularly unsafe there but perhaps I am ignorant of problems. Don't know many people in my complex, so please dish. Would love to be enlightened. To joanrentingapt, I was in Bldg 10 in December 2004, and again, was unaware of a problem there. Can you provide more details?
