Don't expect the office to get anything right or respond to any request. If it's broken...expect it to stay broken. Watch out for the kids in the apartments. They run around without supervision breaking and damaging things.

What on earth are you talking abou???? Since the new office staff and new maintenance guy started, things have been wonderful. They sent out a letter asking about any pending maintenance issues and then hired extra guys to get everything done. The only kids I see are the kids playing at the playground-that is what it's for you know! You are obviously just a very unhappy person and are unable to see the great changes that have been going on here. Did you happen to see the new pool furniture, or notice the parking lot was restriped, or that all of the gates have been painted, or new flags put up, or the beautifull landscaping???? Look around-this place is wonderful!
