When we first moved here we liked it a lot. However, the longer we have lived here the less we like it. The neighbors over us are so noisy - must be no insulation between the two floors. I can literally hear them use the toilet!!! (Yes, I actually mean hearing it hit the water in the toilet bowl.) The office staff is totally unfriendly. They act like they think they are better than everyone else. You tell them goodmorning and you may or may not even get a response. You tell them to have a nice day and they do not acknowledge you - this is when they are not with other customers. No excuse for being so stuck on themselves. The pools are horrible - so dirty - must never be cleaned. The hot tub is green. There is dog feces all over the grounds, along with trash. The apartment is full of roaches - we did not bring them with us. There seems to be no pest control. HUGE dogs are all over the place. When you report a problem at the office, it takes forever for repairs to be made. Maintenance is slow - it takes a long time to get something done.
