I no longer live at the Enclave but while I was living there we had to constantly deal with problems. There is very little difference between the actual construction between the Enclave and Baywood (the ones right next to it) except for the gate around it, and the hot tub/pool/tiny excercise room. The gate was always broken, the hot tub was never adjusted right or just off, and the half the machines in the excercise room were broken. There was a huge rash of cars being stolen even with the gate while I was living there (I knew of at least 5, with one caddillac CTS who musth have had their rims stolen 3 or 4 times) and the walls are thin and cheap. Although the actual complex isn't bad, it simply isn't worth the price attached to them. Find a REAL luxury apartment complex if you want to shell out this much cash.
