I have had a VERY good experience living in these apartments! I thought the staff was very nice and helpful not to mention understanding (Heather and Stephanie are WONDERFUL!). I also thought the price for this area was very reasonable being so close to major freeways, minutes from Baybrook Mall and other popular shopping centers in the Clearlake and Pearland areas. My friends and I get together every Sunday to play volleyball and swim and other residents would come and join, a great way to meet your neighbors and make friends. My friends would always bring their children and felt more than comfotable with them being there, in turn, I think it is also a very family orriented place to live with all of the activities and so on that they offer. The car washing center was also very convenient and inexpensive (with the free water and vacuums etc.). I think they could improve on the pest control a little bit, I tended to have a small spider problem (not a big problem at all, but 1 spider for me, is too many! haha!) The pools were always kept in great, clean condition as well as the gym etc. The interior of my apartment was VERY up to date compaired to other complexes, VERY SPACIOUS and designed very well. I had all new appliances and carpet etc. Some apartments are kept out of date as far as carpet color, wall texture, lighting, kitchen coloring etc etc, not the ENCLAVE; I was EXTREMELY impressed by the quality of the interior. I'm very sad to have to move, but I have to relocate for various reasons. If I could stay I would DEFINATLY! I think living anywhere is what you make of it....I've read other reviews from this apartment complex and cannot imagine how on Earth they have these feelings. Overall, I HIGHLY recomend living here!!
