The apartments look ok at first, however after living in the apartments the problems start.

The biggest problem is with the uncaring and unhelpful office staff. They seem nice enough, however, if a problem occurs (legitimate, documented problems) be ready to fight to get anything done.

Also the floors and walls are thin and you will hear your neighbors even if they are generally quiet.

There have been many break-ins at the complex. Don't just take my word for it. Request the police report records from FPD.

When break-ins do occur repairs to damaged doors and such are not completed properly and take days to get done, there is no excuse for this. Check door jams for signs of break-ins (damage etc.). Locks do not go far enough into the door frame making them next to worthless as a safety measure.

Also, the Ygnition cable and internet service is terrible and overpriced. Picture quality and channel line up are no good, it's just resold satellite, complete with commercials and error messages. The cable modems are expensive and the speed is only slightly better than a dial up connection and has reliability issues.

I encourage everyone who is thinking about moving into the area to avoid the Enclave at Quail Crossing. Just don't do it, you'll save your self a lot of grief.

I dont know about break ins. I myself havent been victim to that. What I do know is that the staff is unreliable. Ive nver met Heather but when Ive spoke with her on the phone she seems very nice along with another girl. Stephanie however is VERY RUDE. If you report a problem to her dont expect for it to be fixed. The gates are always broken they adverstise this complex as a gated community and yet theyre always broken. What good is that? Ive never seen the courtesy officer for the complex. Ive lived here for a year and it has gone down hill a bit. The kids on the complex are a bit much at times. Laying on the roofs smoking, tearing up shrubs, crashing golf carts etc. Maitenance is great I love Jose Hes just awesome! He wont leave until everything is working properly. THere are some pros and cons to living here bottom line...It seems a bit over priced.
