They hired a new maintenance man and he is wonderful! I have seen such an improvement here. The buildings are being powerwashed every couple of months. The prices have gone up some, but it seems to help get all of the trashy people out of here! I think the manager is doing a great job keeping this place up! I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Friendswood!
