the apts are very outdated, not well maintained. the apt we had really showed it's age. it needed new floors, new countertops in the bathrooms, the patio floor was stained. both bathtubs showed their age with stains. the bathroom fixtures were starting to rust. laundry rooms were constantly broken with only 2 out of 4 washing machines and 2 out of 4 dryers working (and one of the 2 dryers didn't dry well at all). would never recommend this place to anyone.

Maybe you should go live somewhere brand new where they charge $800 a month for a one bedroom! they are doing what they can-didn't you get the note the manager sent out about how hard she is trying to fix the gates. You don't always know what's going on behind the scenes. The apartments are NOT brand new-you should have known that when you moved in. What are they supposed to do! Rebuild every apartment everytime someone moves out? I just believe the staff is very friendly, maintenenance is the best its ever been right now.
