Unsafe...gates always broken, parking always full of water, sidewalks constantly covered in mud, vicious dogs running loose without leashes. Staff...the manager is constatnly talking on her cell phone and could care less about running the complex. The other staff are just too young to manage a complex. Trash is everywhere. Wood is coming off the building exposing rusty nails. Bathtubs are filthy and unable to be cleaned due to poor maintenance. I got out as soon as my lease was up...worst living experience ever.

What the heck does maintenance have to do with you not cleaning your tub??? I think the last time the gates were broken for over a day or two was last year! Quit going in them the wrong way!! Maybe they should put up spikes to stop people from going in them the wrong way! And I guess you left too soon-we just got a notice that they are fixing to start painting all of the buildings.

How many apartments have you lived in? This is not that bad (okay, it's overpriced and the lack of soundproofing is pitiful and I feel for anyone who lives under someone. But that's everywhere.) The maintenance guys are pretty quick to respond, it's a nice setting and the staff is pretty cool. I've lived in a few "luxury" places where this is not the case. Try searching on the Windward/Leeward Apartments. After living there, anything anything would be Tara. Let's face it - apartment living basically stinks. That's why most dwellers do everything they can to save up for a house or something of their own.
