I read through many of the reviews on this complex, and was very suprised. My husband, son, and I lived there for about 7 months before purchasing a home. During the time that we were there we did have a problem with a disturbed young woman who did not live there pulling the fire alarm. The security officer along with many FPD officers were quickly to handle and dissolve the situation. Other than that one instance the complex was very quiet on my end. Yes there were kids, but well behaved ones, as for the others, that is bad parenting, not a bad complex. The interior and exterior of my apartment was beautiful, absolutely no problems there. We were living there during the re-painting, and the men doing that were very quiet and respectful, again no problems there. The maitenance men were on top of everything and very professional. The drainage, yes, was a bit of a pain, but come on people, it is water, if you dont like it, you picked the wrong city to live in. The pools were great, along with the playground. Yes, the gates were often broken and I observed way too many residents that could not read exit only, as a matter of fact, I was almost involved in a collision there because of someone driving the wrong way. The office staff was always willing to darn near bend over backwards to help with anything they could. Amanda and Tia were great. We ended up breaking our lease to purchase a house, and they have been MORE than accomodating to us to get our reletting fee and others paid off. So those of you with "major" issues. Chill out. You have a roof, power, ac/heat, bathrooms, etc. Be glad you are on the situation that you are in, and not on the street litterally living in all of these things that you complain about.

Everyone has a right to their opinion. Glad you had a better experience. But when you finished with the 'I own a house now and the rest of you little people be glad you're not homeless' speech; I lost all respect for your opinion.
