I can not believe that I have allowed myself to live in a place that I pay this kind of money for and be miserable. Not only have I had problem neighbors upsatirs for a year and a half, I have an awful ac\heat unit that I can not get fixed. In the summer I burn up in my bedroom and freeze to death in the winter months. The light bill is outrageous because the unit does not cool nor heat. I cant wait to move.

Mrs. Hadley, As management, I would like to respond to your complaint. I am sorry you are unhappy and having issues with your A/C. I feel like we have put forth every effort to remedy your issue with the back bedroom staying hot. We went as far as to purchase a special camera that tracks all of the duct work to make sure there were no blockages in the walls. The results showed no blockage. I have also had a professional A/C company out to look at your A/C. I'm not sure what else can be done to lower your bill. Again, I am sorry you are unhappy and hope that your next home provides you with a better experience.
