Overall this complex isnt that bad, however there are issues that are reoccuring due in part to what I suspect is Mgt's inability to enforce their own policies.

1. The volleyball courts are used until wee hours of the night, keeping everyone up in the surrounding units until THEY feel like going home. Screaming and hollering in foul language all day while chugging beer. And in the morning when our children run outside to play, I see discarded beer cans and food wrappers strewn all over the place. Ive complained numerous times, yet Mgt seems to refuse to put any effort into this issue aside from sending little notes taped to the door. It has gotten so bad my husband is threatning to cut the ropes on the net just to keep them from playing.

2. Noisy neighbors. Up all night stomping around and when we file complaints (numerous times) nothing is done. It seems if you want to make an issue, you have to call FPD and have them come out instead.

3. Ants, crickets, cockroaches, mosquitoes....get used to these since they seem to be a staple no matter how many times you have the bug man come out.
