Kri.sty, the manager here, is useless. All of our complaints have gone unanswered. In the past year, we ve had a dozen wasps and ladybugs, ants, weevils, earwigs, silverfish, and even a gecko! Most of the smaller bugs appear from the large bathroom out of nowhere! Lease laws aren t enforced. People are letting their dogs roam all over the complex unleashed where they mess in any grassy area they find. Children are riding their skateboards, scooters and bikes up and down the sidewalk. One kid even had a minature motorbike that he rode on the sidewalk. During the summer, people are in the pool screaming and making noise way after dark. Kri.sty thought I was crazy when I told her pink bacteria was growing from the showerheads, toilet bowls and sinks. But she ll always give you a smile and her full attention, meanwhile everything you say goes in one ear and out the other. This place is a waste of money!

Wow! I was considering looking into renting here until I read the above comments. Seems to me that some rules need to be made and enforced.

You are so right - the management is horrible. She'll lie to your face and then deny it. I'll tell everyone I know not to rent here!!

I don't know what gourry333 is smoking. Must be some good stuff. I have lived here for 4 years and have no complaints what so ever. If there has ever been a problem, they are quick to act and very nice and helpful. The manager is as nice as they come. She actually cares about people. I don't blame her for not having any answers for gourry333. I wouldn't know where to help you either with all your crazy complaints. Kids live in apartment complexes. They go outside and play. Can't blame them for trying to have fun. I have never seen dogs roaming around. It's a swimming pool, not a library. Sounds like gourry333 needs to learn how to clean his bathroom so deadly pink stuff doesnt start growing. An extermination company comes out every couple months and does their thing. I have never had any problems with bugs. If I have ever seen one, I simply kill it. This guy needs to get real, this is Texas, there are geckos in Texas. If you want a great place to live, this is the place. gourry333 failed to mention the safety of this place. This place is safe, very nice people live here. No murders, robberies, car thefts....Friendwood is a samll town, call 911 and you'll have the whole department here within a matter of mintues. I'd rather have kids riding their bikes than low life thugs roaming around waiting on their government handouts all the while praying on hard working people. gourry333 needs to go get an apartment in southwest houston. Huntington Woods is top notch!
