We have only lived here for two months, and already the amount of break-ins, and the boldness of the perp are downright scary! I lived here before in 2000 when The Hanover agency ran the place. The resident body was mainly made up of professional, or decent human beings. The maintenace staff had proper uniforms, and the tools to do their job. Now it looks like they have turned a couple of day-laborers loose w/ a wrench and a golf cart(not their fault). Anyway we have an on-site "DPS Officer", But what is his required job scope' Its obviously not focussed enough on securing the safety of the residents here. I am currently looking at other properties that arent loaded w/ Louisiana voucher Rapists and Burgalars. For what we pay here, especially w/ children this is an outrage. Myself, If I catch some piece of ---- in my house, the cops wont be needed, just a coroner.......Hey I love my family, and work everyday like a good boy to provide for them. Wheres the return at the Lodge' You tell me!

If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. Filing is about $67. It's Worth It!!
