I Should Have Moved Sooner !!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
MBS corporation truly does ruin the properties they buy and own. Ever since MBS bought the Lodge at Baybrook about 1.5 years ago this place has become horribly plaged with theft, violence, filth and unfixed mantainence hazards.
Make sure not to rent or buy from the MBS corporation if you value yourself, your family, and your property.
Just look at comments from some of the tenants at other properties owned by the MBS corporation (cut-and-paste links if not active):
