MBS is horrible. I have lived here at the lodge for a year and a half--I moved in right before MBS took over. Since MBS took over the place went to ----....nothing is fixed...my toliet in a one bdrm was broken for about a week and a half---before they fixed it. I had 5 appointments that they didn't show for. Crime has gotten horrible. People are breaking into apartments (while people are home) and the lodge IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I would NEVER live here....if I knew all of this to begin with. The front gates hardly work...and they just have excuse after excuse...the lights are out which causes a crime hazard--and they just give bull ---- reasons as to why it is taking so long to fix them. DON'T LIVE HERE....

This review is completly ture. I too lived at the Lodge, and once the MBS corporation took over the place became run-down and crime riden. MBS apparently habitually runs down the properties they own AND rips off there tenants. STAY CLEAR of MBS Corporation OWNED PROPERTIES (ie Lodge at Baybrook and others)

Don't Let Them Rip You Off: If you are due a refund (i.e. security deposit, ect.) and have not received it you can file in small claims court for 3 times your deposit and court fees. !!Definitly Worth It!!
