My True Story:
I was a tenant at the "Lodge" during the time when the Horrible MBS corporation bought it. After MBS took ownership rodents infested the attic above my apartment and MBS refused to do anything legal to resolve the problem. What did finally happen, after many weeks of my complaints, was about 1000 mothballs were placed into the attic above my apartment (highly illegal and I was informed they were fined for this incompitant act). This made me extremly ill and I had to vacate the apartment and live in a hotel for 5 days at my own expense.... mean while making phone calls, emails and writting letter to MBS corporate offices With No Reply. But, as soon as I contacted the "Health. Dept (DSHS)" by email, with a cc to MBS, then MBS finally contacted me, but they were still very obstinate and difficult to deal with.

But, the "Heath Dept." also contacted me and there is now currently a case pending against MBS, and the their Lodge at Baybrook, for there health violationes related to this story... and likely many more cases from what I have learned about the MBS corporation.

I am still out a lot money, so if anyone with a similar story wants to start a class action law suit, count me in. I also have emaculant records of all corespondaces, events, affidavites from neighbors, photos, and receipts . qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
